since I'm moving out soon, my room would be free for only one month.
The apartment is very nice and situated at the Karl Marx Straße, very well connected with the Ringbahn close by and the U7 right in front of the door. Ruslan from Latvia would be your flatmate, a nice guy and a gentleman. He speaks good English and is a very affable person. He also appreciates cleanliness in the common areas.
Only the furniture, lamps and the large plant will remain in the room, and you will Be free to use thé Space as you want. I will provide you with a bed that is still not in the Fotos and bedding for you if necessary.

da ich Bald umziehen werde, wäre mein Zimmer für ein Monat frei.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und schön an der Karl Marx Straße, extrem gut angebunden mit der Ring-bahn ganz nah und U7 direkt vor der Straße. Ruslan aus Lettland wäre dein Mitbewohner, netter Typ und ein Gentleman. Spricht ganz gut Englisch und ist entspannt. Er macht Home Office und schätzt die Sauberkeit in den gemeinsamen Flächen.
Nur die Möbeln, Lampen und die große Pflanze bleiben im Zimmer und Ich tue auch ein Bett ins Zimmer für dich (die nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen ist) und Bettwäsche wenn notwendig.
