Hello lovely people,
I am looking for a female roommate from January 1st for a short term period, 1 month contrat to start and see how we vibe together.
Unfortunately I won't be able to provide an Anmeldung.
I would love to live with someone who is active (not a student) between 25 and 35 and respectful of other people's peace. NO SMOKING in the apartment. PETS, CIS MEN and COUPLES not allowed, this is a small WG.
I long to live with someone responsible and super clean. I emphasis on the cleaning part because I am really regardant to this. This can't be a match if you are the kind to leave the dishes in the sink and wait for the space to get dirty before cleaning it. Rent and caution must be paid right away.
I am open to setting cleaning schedules and discuss about shared products if necessary though I like things to flow.
The flat is lovely, I like to decorate it and keep its energy very smooth.
I consider home as a restorative space to recover strength and peace.
The room is furnished, calm, really pretty and about 13m2.
The flat is ideally located only 10 minutes walk from either Karl Marx StraBe U-Bahn or Sonnenallee S-Bahn and is served with lots of buses. The apartment is very calm since located courtyard, which is a plus when you live on Sonnenallee. The canal and tones of cool cafés are restaurants are to be found next to the flat.
You will be sharing the flat with me, I am a 26 years old french musician, author and spoken word artist. I am mostly plant based and like to practice yoga, meditation, breath work and write. During the day I'm mostly out running errands, working or connecting with other friends and artists. I am a curious sagittarius who loves cooking, meeting people and listening to music. I am into open and respectful communication and I like to discuss issues fast and peacefully before they turn into long term problems. Same goes with inviting people in the flat, it's important for me to communicate on this as well, no sketchy people allowed, this is also not a party WG of some sort. Let's keep the space safe and make it a wonderful place to live whatever life throws at us :)
I know I will be receiving tones of message so I'd like to emphasis the fact that STUDENTS, SMOKERS, PETS, CIS MEN and COUPLES are NOT what I am looking for, I can't provide the Anmeldung and cleaning and peaceful communication are non-negociables. If you are a student or younger than 25 please don't write me.
