Subletting a 25 sqm fully furnished room with a balcony for Nov-Dec. The room is in a 2 room Altbau apartment on the 4th floor in a quiet street off Richardplatz.

The room has a two part sofa - one of which opens to a double bed, desk, large sideboard etc. The rest of the apartment is fully equipped, inc. kitchen, washing machine etc. You can also have bedding and towels if needed.
The flatmate is very sweet and works in a kindergarten. The cat is lovely and friendly and is happy for company (the flatmate is her main caretaker, but occasional feeding may be nice in case she is away).
I am looking for responsible, clean and able person, who will enjoy my beautiful apartment and will take good care to hand it back as nice and wholesome as they received it. The rent includes everything. More info and visits per PM (auf Deutsch geht auch :) )
