Ich ziehe aus und suche eine Person, die in mein Zimmer zieht. Erstmal für 3-6 Monate nach Absprache. Ggf. länger. Die Kaution beträgt 500 Euro. Die Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer liegt bei ca. 425 Euro inkl. Internet und Rundfunkgebühren.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß – 36 qm. Es ist wirklich gigantisch. Der Raum war vermutlich mal das große Wohnzimmer. Links in der Ecke des Fotos steht noch ein 140x200 Bett, das nicht aufs Bild gepasst hat.
Es gäbe Platz für ein Klavier, große Leinwände, ein Sofa, extra Schreibtische etc.
Die drei großen Fenster sorgen für viel Tageslicht. Leider sind sie nicht sehr gut isoliert, und es muss viel geheizt werden, sonst wird es im Winter schnell kalt.
Die Wohnung ist nicht hellhörig. Ich höre wenig bis nichts aus den Nachbarzimmern. Nur den Flur ein wenig. Den Nachbar jedoch manchmal duschen.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbeliert und wird frisch gestrichen sein. Es gibt optional einen Schreibtisch (der an der Wand) für 20 Euro zu übernehmen. Die Gardinenschienen und einen Teil der Vorhänge lasse ich da.

The room is unfurnished and will be freshly painted. TYou can have a desk, if you want to, (the one on the wall) for 20 euros. The curtain rails and part of the curtains I leave here.
Das Zimmer liegt über einer schönen Kreuzung Roseggerstraße Ecke Stuttgarter Straße. Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Späti und gegenüber eine Bäckerei. Beide sind belebt und haben ein sehr gutes Angebot und nette Mitarbeiter. Zum Bus an der Sonnenallee sind es 2 Minuten, zur U-Bahn 10 Minuten. Rewe 5 Minuten, Lidl 10. Die Seitenstraßen sind ruhig, die Kreuzung ist belebt.

The room is located above a beautiful intersection Roseggerstraße corner Stuttgarter Straße. On the ground floor is a Späti and opposite a bakery. Both are lively and have a very good selection and nice staff. It is 2 minutes to the bus at Sonnenallee, 10 minutes to the subway. Rewe 5 minutes, Lidl 10. The side streets are quiet, the intersection is busy.
Die WG besteht aktuell aus Flo (43) und Svea (30), beide deutsch.
Flos Hobbies sind Kitesurfen und Touren mit seinem Fahrrad. Innerhalb von Berlin, aber auch so richtig lange Fahrten quer durch Europa.
Svea ist bei vielen Filmprojekten aktiv. Oft mit feministischen Schwerpunkt, aber auch Musikvideos, Interviews, Kunst-, Dokumentar-, Spielfilme etc.
Da ich sehr kurzfristig ausziehe, weil ich durch Glück eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung gefunden habe, ist die Suche nach einer neuen WG-Person etwas unvorbereitet.
Gut wäre eine Person, die einer geregelten Sache in ihrem Leben nachgeht (Studium, Arbeit) und sich darauf fokusiert. Kein Leben, das sich auf Parties oder Drogen konzentriert. Wir sind allgemein alle eher introviertiert. Es gibt aktuell auch sehr wenige WG-Aktivitäten. Jeder kauft für sich ein und kocht für sich. Manchmal teilen wir, aber es ist eher die Ausnahme.

The WG currently consists of Flo (43) and Svea (30), both German.
Flo's hobbies are kitesurfing and touring with his bike. Within Berlin, but also really long trips across Europe.
Svea is active in many film projects. Often with a feminist focus, but also music videos, interviews, art films, documentaries, feature films etc.
Since I am moving out at very short notice (because I luckily found a 1-bedroom apartment), the search for a new roomate is a bit unprepared.
Good would be a person who is pursuing a regular thing in their life ( university studies, work) and is focused on that. Not a life focused on parties or drugs. We are all rather introverted. There are also very few WG activities currently. Everyone does their own shopping and cooking. Sometimes we share, but it's more the exception.
Wichtiges:
1. Wer bist du. Stell dich vor. Was machst du, wie alt bist du, wo hast du vorher gewohnt? Was ist deine Story? Greifbares wie ein gutes Anschreiben, Bilder, oder Social-Media-Profile erhöhen die Chancen.
