It’s located in an old factory building in the backyard, so it’s really quiet, but at the same time very close to all the bars, cafés and restaurants just around the corner in Weserstraße. Rathaus Neukölln (U) is only a five-minute-walk away and there are several supermarkets (Bio Company & Netto) right across the street. The canal is also really close as well.
There’s a very large, sunlit common area with an open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big storeroom and an amazing roof terrace!
You will be sharing the WG with a German woman and an American Man (into literature, good movies, photography, cinema, interior design and politics, live music, thrift shopping and travelling.)
We are looking for someone social and open-minded people that are up to cooking together or having a glass of wine on the terrace. Keeping the place clean and being respectful towards each other.
