The room is facing the backyard and is on the third floor. Since I am moving away, I am taking my wardrobe with me but the room will be fully furnished otherwise.
The WG is on Nogatstr. and so it is really close to Hermannstr. S-Bahn and U-Bahn (U8).
My flatmate is the absolute best. She's really sweet and respectful. She can speak English and Turkish. I'd say she has a rather calm routine and mostly studies or works during the day. If you have dog allergies it may not be ideal because she is going to be petsitting. Also her boyfriend stays at our place sometimes.
Although we both like to party outside, there is not much space to throw a party in the apartment, so it is not a party-WG.
We do cleaning once a week, so ideally you'd clean the apartment once during your two-week stay.
The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. You'll have all the utilities such as coffee machine, cutlery etc.
The monthly rent of the room is 480 euros, so it will be 720 euros for the whole period.
