Wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in, weil uns unserer vorheriger leider verlässt.
Weil wir beide Personen mit wenig interessanten Lebensläufen sind, suchen wir dich entsprechend ganz besonders dann, wenn du auch eher ruhig bist. Wenn du also eine Wohnung suchst, weil du hauptsächlich aus finanziellen Gründen den Wohnraum teilen willst/musst, dann passen wir gut zusammen. Der Raum hat (grob geschätzt) 25-30qm. Die Wohnung liegt am Kranoldplatz und ist von der Silbersteinstraße weit genug weg, dass man von dort nichts hört. An den Raum grenzt ein halbüberdachter Balkon an, der von zwei Zimmern aus zugänglich ist.
Wir wünschen uns jemanden, der angesichts der jetzt anhaltenden, schwierigen Lage Verständnis dafür hat, dass wir unsere Kontakte stark einschränken und von
anderen ähnliches verlangen.

We are looking for a new flat-mate, because the former one left us for good.
We both are the quiet type without very interesting lifes. If you can relate, we're totally looking for you! Especially, if you're more of the quiet type yourself. It's okay, if you're a bit older.
So if you're looking for a flat, only because you can't afford to live on your own, we might be a good pair.
The room is roughly 25-30sqm big. The flat is located at Kranoldplatz and far enough from Silbersteinstraße, so that it's not so noisy. Two rooms of the flat share a balcony, that can be used by you as well.
Regarding the fact, that the pandamic is making things complicated at the moment, we'd be delighted, if you'd be understanding for that we do not meet a lot of people these days due to it and we expect everyone else to be the same.

場所はKranoldplatz、Neuköln駅、又はHermanstraße駅から徒歩約5～10分。とても静かな場所です。
現在、夫婦（日本人夫とドイツ人妻）で住んでおり、三部屋のうち一部屋が空いています。
空いている部屋の広さは20～30qm、プラス共同キッチン、バス、トイレです。
希望としては、二人とも静かな方を好みますので、夜中に騒いだり、パーティーなどをする方はご遠慮願いたいです。
