We are looking for a trustworthy subtenant for a room in our shared apartment.
This is a place that we call Home, we are looking for someone that is committed to share a nice environment with us.
We are a CLEAN, open, loving flat share with lots of plants.
The room has amazing light, furnished, 24 square meters, has a large, comfortable LOFT bed and wardrobes to stow away. There are plants in the room that have to be taken care of… If you don’t want this responsibility we will find a another solution.
Our roommate will be abroad and she doesn't know when she will be back, the rent is initially for to the end of February.
We also have a huge living room of around 40 square meters.
We are a 3-person flat share, you would live with two women, they are fantastic! 😉
Price: 572€ per month, deposit 572€
PS: The first month will be cheaper because it starts on the 10th.
