In unserer 2er WG wird ein Zimmer frei!
- Es ist ein schönes, helles Zimmer - etwa 16 qm groß - mit zwei Fenstern zum großen Hinterhof.
- Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und als Gemeinschaftsraum nutzbar.
- Das Bad hat ne Badewanne/Dusche und Waschmaschine.
-> Es gibt keine bestimmte Befristung für das Zimmer. Ich (Madeleine) bin die einzige Hauptmieterin der Wohnung und wohne derzeit im Ausland. Fenna wohnt in meinem Zimmer und Marvin (der auszieht) wohnt noch in deinem zukünftigem Zimmer. Es kann sein, dass ich die Wohnung ab Herbst 2022 aufgebe, eventuell könnten Fenna und du sie dann übernehmen.

- It's a nice and bright room - about 16 qm - with two windows facing the big court yard.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and used as a common space to hang out, too
- The bathroom has a bath tub/shower and a washing machine.
-> It's not a short term lease. I ( Madeleine) am the only main tenant and live abroad at the moment. Fenna lives in my room and Marvin (who is moving out) is currently in your future room! It's possible that I will give up the apartment in fall 2022. In that case, Fenna and you might be able to take over the lease.

Es ist keine Zweck WG, es wird gerne mal zusammen gegessen, aber man hat auch genauso seine Allein-Zeit. Wie man es gerade möchte.
Wir suchen nach einer netten Person, die möglichst nicht raucht, und Wert auf Sauberkeit/Ordnung legt und zuverlässig ist. :-)
Übertriebenes Partymachen und Drogenkonsum ist nicht unbedingt unser Ding und das WG Leben sollte auch lieber entspannt bleiben!

This is not a living situation out of necessity! Fenna wants to be friendly with her/his room mate which might include hanging out together, cooking or eating together but also alone time whenever you guys prefer!
We're looking for someone who is nice :-) and doesn't smoke and who is clean and responsible!!
Excessive partying and drug use is not our thing and the living situation should stay relaxed and easy-going!
Die Wohnung hat eine Staffelmiete. Jedes Jahr im April kommen 5 % der Kaltmiete hinzu.
D.h. ab April 2022 ist deine Miete insgesamt 563 €
Schreib uns einfach eine Nachricht, in der du dich ein bisschen beschreibst! Dann können wir erst mal FaceTimen/Skypen und dann kannst du mal vorbeikommen!
We have a lease with a stepped rent meaning every year in April they add 5% of the "cold rent" on top. That means, starting in April 2022 your total rent is 563 €.
