Hey I’m looking to sublet my room.
The vibe in the apartment is super chill
My roommate name is Daniel , he is Czech and musician ( with both)
And his cute lil frech Bulldog name Dude.
We live here in friendship, respect and healthy communication which I believe are the most important values when sharing a common space with someone.
The room and the apartment has everything you need
The location is super nice, 1 minute from Sonnenallee s-Bahn. A good place to spend a month ( probably will be ideal for musicians since I have monitors, guitars and etc.. so as Daniel )
Since we’ll probably be strangers if you’ll rent my room I will request a deposit of 800 euro just to feel peace of mind as I have some valuable equipment in my room
The only inconvenience is that Daniel is on a holiday to his country and won't be back until February and I'm also not around which is why I'm subletting the apartment, (i.e viewing of the apartment is not possible but I will definitely send pictures)
