Ich verlasse die Stadt für ca. 3 Monate wegen eines Praktikums und biete mein Zimmer zur Untermiete an.
Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und komplett möbliert. Es gibt ein großes Fenster zur zum Innenhof.
Es ist wirklich wichtig, dass der Raum sauber und intakt übergeben wird.

I will leave the city for about 3 months and I am looking for somebody to take over my room in this time. The room is super cozy - 14 qm and of course fully furnished. There is a big window to the courtyard. It is really important that the room is handed over in good order.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am S-Bahnhof Sonnenalle (Ringbahn), d.h. du bist super angebunden mit Bus und Bahn. Der Kiez ist wirklich schön, es gibt viele Bars und Kneipen, Cafés, Restaurants und direkt um die Ecke eine Fladenbrotbäckerei, die 24/7 frisch gebackenes Fladenbrot verkauft!
The flat is right in front of the S-Bahn station Sonnenalle. The circle line (Ringbahn) goes from there, so you are in no time anywhere in Berlin. The neighborhood is really nice, there are many bars and cafes, restaurants and just around the corner a bakery that sells freshly turkish bread 24/7!
Du wirst hier mit Kamilla wohnen. Sie ist 24 Jahre alt, studiert Patholinguistik und ist die tollste Mitbewohnerin, die man sich nur wünschen kann! ;)
Unsere Wohnung ist für uns ein geschützter und heimeliger Rückzugsort und wir würden uns freuen, wenn du dich hier genauso wohl fühlst. Sauber machen bedeutet für uns, die Dinge wertzuschätzen und ist deshalb selbstverständlich.
You will live here with Kamilla. She is 24 years old, studying Patholinguistik and she is the best flatmate you can imagine! ;)
Our flat is a safe and homey space for us and we hope that you will feel as comfortable and at home here as we do. For us, cleaning means appreciating things and is therefore self-evident.
