ich suche einen Untermieter für mein schönes Zimmer in Neukölln. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind voll ausgestattet (Großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Kleiderschrank etc.) und du darfst natürlich alles nutzen. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, voller Pflanzen und ruhig, da zum Hinterhof raus.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer sauberen, netten und respektvollen Person, während ich weg bin. Meine Pflanzen zu gießen wäre ein großes Plus (Wie Du weißt stopfen wir Millennials innere Leere mit Pflanzen).
Lage: Buchstäblich 2-3 Minuten Fußweg von S+U Hermannstraße. Tempelhofer Feld, Körnerpark und viele Möglichkeiten für tolle Restaurants, Cafés, Lebensmittelgeschäfte um die Ecken.

I am looking for a sub-tenant for my beautiful room in Neukölln. The room and apartment are fully equipped (bed, desk, chair, closet, etc.). The room is very cozy, with lots of plants and quiet.
I am looking for a clean, nice and respectful person while I am away. Watering my plants would be a big plus (As you know we millennials stuff inner emptiness with plants).
Location: Literally 2-3 min foot walk from S+U Hermannstraße. Tempelhofer Feld and many opportunities for great restaurants, cafes, groceries around the corners.
