Das Zimmer ist super hell und teilmöbiliert. Es ist aktuell eine Matratze und ein Regal vorhanden. Also gerne kann man Möbel mitbringen, für die kurze Zeit reicht es womöglich aber auch so minimalistisch.
The room is super bright and partly furnished. There is currently a mattress and a shelf. You are welcome to bring furniture with you, but it might be enough as it is for the short period of time.
Die Lage ist nicht so kiezig, dafür super angebunden. Fünf Minuten bis zur U-Bahn Neukölln, ein wenig länger zur S-Bahn. Man ist auch relativ schnell bei diversen Bars und Restaurants (Richardplatz beispielsweise). Es gibt außerdem einige Spätis und Supermärkte in direkter Nähe.
The location is not too busy, but it is very well connected. Five minutes to the Neukölln U-Bahn, a little longer to the S-Bahn. You can also get to various bars and restaurants relatively quickly (Richardplatz, for example). There are also a number of supermarkets and spätis in direct proximity.
Ich arbeite aktuell im Homeoffice und bin daher recht viel zuhause. Bin insgesamt ein entspannter und rücksichtsvoller Mitbewohner. Man kann gerne mal was gemeinsam Kochen/Essen/Trinken, ist aber auch absolut kein Muss.
I currently work in a home office and am therefore at home quite a lot. Overall, I am a relaxed and considerate flatmate. We could totally cook/eat/drink something together, but that's definitely not a must.
