Liebe Leute,
von 29.01. - 10.03.2024 vermiete ich mein Zimmer (23 qm) vollmöbliert in Berlin/Neukölln unter:
großes Bett, Hängematte am Fenster, ein Schreibtisch, Kommode, Sofa, interessante Bücher und ganz viel Platz.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine sowie eine vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und vielen Gewürzen.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer familiären 3er-WG. Marta (19 J., w) ist eine freundliche, kommunikative Mitbewohnerin, die sehr lecker kocht und tagsüber eine Weiterbildung in Modernem Tanz macht. Mein Sohn Jonah (15 J., m) wird ab und zu vorbeischauen, in der Zeit aber bei seinem anderen Elternteil wohnen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Boddinplatz, 5 Minuten fußläufig zu U8 und U7. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, das Tempelhofer Flugfeld und der Park Hasenheide sind direkt um die Ecke und super für Spaziergänge, joggen und Drachen steigen lassen.
Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 350 Euro (inklus. Strom, Heizung und Internet)

as I'll be spending some weeks escaping work & winter I would like to rent my lovely room inbetween 29.01.-10.03.2024.
- Bright 23 sqm room (3rd floor) in Berlin (Neukölln)
- Furnished: sofa, bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelf, chest of drawers, plants, blinds
- Cozy eat-in kitchen with dining table and dishwasher
- Large bathroom with bathtub, washing maschine and clothes horse
- The apartment is non-smoking and should remain so.
- Centrally located and well connected to public transport (U8, U7, Ringbahn)
- A lot of green area nearby: e.g. Tempelhofer Flugfeld and Hasenheide
- Neukölln culture, bars, food of and partys
- Thousands of shopping oportunities nearby
- The rent is 350 Euro for the entire period (electricity, heating, internet included)
