Die Wohnung ist ein sanierte Altbau an der Erdgeschoss mit 3 Zimmer, Küche, und Badezimmer.

The room is 12sqm and furnished with a queen size bed, work table, chair, and a large dresser for clothes and storage. It has a large south facing window into the court yard of the building and not onto the street. Additional furniture like table lamp and curtains can be installed at request.
The apartment is a renovated Altbau with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and is on the ground floor.
Kitchen comes with induction stove, oven, dish washer, large fridge, and storage cabinets. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. In the courtyard there are places to lock up bikes.
The apartment is located in Neukölln, 1 minute walk from Karl-Marx U7 station. The neighborhood has a lot of affordable and delicious Turkish and Arabic restaurants. Thestreet in front of the apartment is a small residential street with two Kneipe (German pubs) and a convenience store. The area isn't the prettiest but it is safe and well connected. There are major supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Kaufhaus, Eurogida and more) 5-10 mins walking distance.

Wir sind eine Internationale Wohnung, Geun (M 30, Korea-Kanada) Kevin (M 29, Frankreich). Wir arbeiten am meistens in dem Büro aber manchmal auch zu Hause. Wir sind beide sehr freundlich und easy going. Wir suchen jemand, der/die auch sauber, freundlich, und unkompliziert ist.

We are an international apartment, Geun (M 30, Korea/Canada) , Kevin (M 29, France), both working mostly in the office but also sometimes at home. We are both very relaxed and friendly people, happy to hang out and have a drink or eat together. We are looking for someone who is also clean, friendly, and uncomplicated.
The sublet is for 1-2 months but it can be extended another 6 months after the first month of living together. After the first month Anmeldung would be possible.
