Unsere 2er-WG in Neukölln wird bald nur noch von einer von uns beiden bewohnt und sucht daher eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in schon ab 08./09. März 2022. Du solltest über 25 Jahre alt sein, dich auf ein großes, unmöbliertes Zimmer mit großem Fenster freuen, in einer 2er WG nahe Rathaus Neukölln wohnen wollen und diese Woche Mittwoch (2.3.) oder Donnerstag (3.3.) Zeit für eine Besichtigung haben. Das Zimmer kostet alles in allem ca. 420€ warm und du würdest zur Untermiete einziehen. Das Zimmer ist erst einmal auf 4 Monate befristet mit der eventuellen Möglichkeit auf einen unbefristeten Vertrag.
Bei Interesse & nur wenn all diese Punkte auf dich zutreffen (Einzugsdatum & Alter) meld dich gerne mit ein paar Informationen über dich bei uns.

The room is available from March 8th or 9th. You should be over 25 years old. The room comes unfurnished, but it’s super big and lovely. Please just text us if you’re able to move in at the given dates, if you’re willing to pay the deposit and if you’re free this week Wednesday (March 2nd) or Thursday (March 3rd) to come see the apartment. The room will be available at least 4 months with the option to maybe stay here for longer. If all of this works for you, just send us a message. :)
Super belebtes Viertel mit vielen Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, 1 min von der nächsten U-Bahn entfernt, Maybachufer und Tempelhofer Feld zum Entspannen in Laufnähe - perfekte Neuköllnlage.
Wohnen bleiben in der WG wird Romana (fast 30 Jahre) alt, gerade mit dem Master fertig und derzeit am Arbeiten in einer Presseagentur für Kunst. Uns weiter näher kennenlernen werden wir beim Gespräch mit dir. :)
