Hey, ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer für 2,5 Monate von ca 18 Juni - 10 September.
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am S-Bahnhof Hermannstraße. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe zahlreicher Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte usw. Da die Wohnung einen Hinterhof überblickt, ist sie super ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig. Ich kann auf jeden Fall Platz schaffen für deine Sachen.
Schreibtisch, Bett, Fernseher mit HDMI-Anschluss, alles da. Bad und Dusche sind getrennt, sodass keine Wartezeiten entstehen.
Wir sind eine sehr entspannte 3er WG. Deine Mitbewohner wären Julius – er arbeitet im sozialen Bereich und Joost – ein Tanzstudierender. Wir treffen uns gerne in unserer Küche, teilen einen Kaffee / ein Bier und unterhalten uns. Aber man kann natürlich immer auch einfach sein Ding machen.
Die Miete beträgt 410€. Ihr könnt auf jeden Fall vorher vorbeikommen, um den Raum anschauen und uns drei auch kurz kennenzulernen.

Hey, I'm Sophie and I'm subletting my WG room in March because I'm traveling.
Our apartment is located directly at the S-Bahn station Hermannstraße. It's super close to numerous cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Yet, as the apartment is overlooking a backyard, it's super quiet.
The room is bright and spacious. I definitely can clear some additional space for your things if you'd like.
Desk, bed, TV with HDMI connection, everything's there. The bathroom and shower are separate, so there's never any waiting.
We are a very relaxed 3 people WG. Your roommates would be Julius - he's working in the social sector and Joost - a dance student. We like to meet up in our kitchen, share a coffee / beer and conversations. But of course, you can always just also do your thing.
The rent would be 410€. You can definitely come by in advance, have a look at the room and maybe quickly meet the three of us too.
