Ich suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in (w/d, leider nicht cis-m sorry).

Zimmer und Wohnung
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Reuterkiez, 10 Minuten vom Herrmannplatz entfernt, nicht weit vom Maybachufer.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und möbiliert mit Kleiderstange, Sofa, Sofatisch, Regal und einem kleinen Schrank. Es fehlt nur ein Schreibtisch. Die Möbel sollen auch erst einmal drinnen bleiben. Das ist nicht verhandelbar sorry.
Wichtig: geheizt wird mit Ofenheizung/Kachelofen. Ich kann damit gut leben. Es ist aber etwas, dass du mitbedenken solltest. Denn es bringt einfach Geduld und Arbeit mit sich :)
Ansonsten hat mein Zimmer einen Balkon, der gern mitgenutzt werden kann. Ich freue mich auch wenn wir ihn gemeinsam bepflanzen - ist aber kein Muss natürlich :)

WG-Leben
Ich bin Gabriella, 27, und ich arbeite im Bereich Wissenschaftskommunikation. Ich interessiere mich für Politik, Musik und Film. Ich gehe gern ins Kino und auf Konzerte.
In der WG ist es mir wichtig, dass wir nicht aneinander vorbeileben. Im Idealfall entwickelt sich eine Freundschaft - was natürlich nicht erzwungen werden kann :) Insgesamt finde ich es aber schön wenn wir auch mal was zusammen machen - kochen, ausgehen... dass jede*r aber auch den eigenen Space hat ist mir genauso wichtig.

Konditionen
Das Zimmer ist, wie oben beschrieben, möbiliert. Ich möchte jemanden für mindestens sechs Monate, gern auch länger wenn es zwischen uns gut passt. Der Preis liegt bei 440 Euro mit allem, allerdings kommen noch 250-300 Euro im Jahr wegen der Heizkosten (also der Brennmaterialien - Briktetts usw.) hinzu.

I am looking for a flatmate (f/d, unfortunately not cis-male sorry).

Room and flat
The flat is located in the beautiful Reuterkiez, 10 minutes from Herrmannplatz, not far from Maybachufer.
The room is 18 sqm and furnished with a clothes rail, sofa, sofa table, shelves and a small wardrobe. The only thing missing is a desk. The furniture should stay inside for the time being. This is not negotiable sorry.
Important: heating will be with stove heating/tiled stove. I can live with that. But it's something you should take into consideration. Because it simply involves patience and work :)
Apart from that, my room has a balcony that you are welcome to use. I'm also happy if we plant it together - but it's not a must, of course :)

Living in a shared flat
I'm Gabriella, 27, and I work in the field of science communication. I am interested in politics, music and film. I like going to the cinema and concerts.
In the shared flat, it's important to me that we don't pass each other by. Ideally, a friendship develops - which of course cannot be forced :) Overall, I think it's nice when we do things together - cooking, going out... but it's just as important to me that everyone has their own space.

Conditions
The room is furnished, as described above. I would like someone for at least six months, or longer if it suits us. The price is 440 Euro with everything, but I have to add 250-300 Euro per year for heating costs (i.e. fuel - briquettes etc.).
