There is a room free in the best neighbourhood Neukölln, Sonnenallee. The room is will be available from 1. september until 1. February 2023. With the possibility of a longer stay.
Your room is 16m2 with big windows for lots of sun. Most of the furniture will be out of the room. So its important to bring a bed or matrass to sleep on. The shelfs on the wall stay in the room, which are super practical.
Ive no picture of the kitchen, which is a really nice though. There is a big table in the kitchen where you can sit, have a breakfast/coffee, diner etc, or just hang out with few people. However, parties are not allowed (shitty neighbours ;) !
The kitchen is a shared room. Fully equipped, plus plenty of tools for the baking fans! hint hint.
The flat has a great location. In a 5 minutes walk you are at the canal, where you can chill in the sun or in the park next to wildenbruchstrasse. There are plenty of bars located in the Weserstrasse, and also the Schillerkiez is not
far away where many great bars are. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Lidl is 10 minutes by foot and there are several spätis around the corner.
Rathaus neukölln is closeby with plenty of shopping posibilities. Also a Rewe, Aldi are closeby + there is a Kaufland.
Tempelhoferfeld, is only 10 minutes by bike or 20 minutes by foot.
Sbahn Sonnenallee not even 15 min by foot and less than 5 min by bike
U7 Karlmax strasse 8 min by foot 3 by bike
Bus m42 is 2 min by foot

Im a from the netherlands, speak German and English. I am living for a couple of years in Berlin, finished my studies, and found my base. Currently I am working fulltime in the area Marketing & Event for a social company. Im an easygoing and outgoing person, like to go out in the weekend with my friends, go into the nature or chill in thepark.
I like to have a nice ambiance in the flat; Easy going, open and respectfull!
For me a clean appartment is important, especially in the shared rooms. So basic cleaning after you use something is something I would expect from you :)
I would like to have someone in the flat with the same vibes! It would be great to get along with eachother. I am open to hang out once in a while, however for me its also important to respect eachothers privacy.
As you all know costs getting higher for rent. Betriebskosten are increasing the following months, therefore 500 Euro per month an estimation (can not deviate very much). Ofcourse I will communicate the exact amount asap!
Please also take into account that you will have to pay a kaution of one month.
