Ich suche ab dem 17.09.2022 ein*e neue*n Mitbewohner*in für ein unmöbliertes Zimmer in Berlin Neukölln. Der Rest der 91 m² Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet: große Küche mit Sitzecke, Spülmaschine, Kühl-,und Gefrierschrank; Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine; helles Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Fernseher und Esstisch. An dem freien Zimmer befindet sich ein Balkon, der gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind durch das Wohnzimmer und einen Flur voneinander getrennt.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer erstmal für 3 Monate- wenn es zwischen uns passt, besteht die Möglichkeit zu verlängern. Eine Anmeldung ist daher erstmal nicht möglich.

i am looking for a flatmate in my 90 m² Neukölln apartment. The room is unfurnished and available from 17.9.2022.
The flat is fully furnished with a large kitchen, including a seating area, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and daylight bathroom with a tub and washing machine. There is a bright living room with a sofa, tv and dining table. connected to the free room is a shared balcony. The bedrooms are separated through the living room and a hallway.
I am letting the room out for 3 months as a trial period. If it works out well between us there is the possibility to extend the stay. Therefore registration within the trial period isn't possible.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer belebten Gegend mit Bars und Restaurants. Die U7 und U8 sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Situated in a popular part of Berlin there are bars and restaurants close by. Furthermore, it is easy to reach by foot and U7 / U8.
Ich genieße es, sowohl intensive Gespräche zu führen als auch mich zurückzuziehen. Ich kann nicht kochen, aber es ist OK für mich, wenn du das kannst.
