ich biete mein Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß, verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bett, und einen Balkon (klein aber fein).
**Wichtig: Es kann auch sein, dass mein Mitbewohner in der Zeit auch weg ist. Von daher wäre es prinzipiell auch möglich, die ganze 2-Zimmer Wohnung für den Monat zu haben**

I'm offering my room to sublet for ca. 1 month. The room is about 20m2, has a desk, drawers, bed, and a little balcony.
**Important: It's possible that my flatmate will also be away during this time, so it's theoretically possible to rent the whole 2 bedroom apartment for the month**
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Rixdorf - in der Nähe hast du auch Körnerpark, viele Cafés und Bars. Wir sind ca. 4 Minuten von S/U Neukölln (Ring und U7) entfernt, also bist du ganz gut verbunden.
The flat is located in the lovely Rixdorf - you also have Körnerpark nearby, as well as lots of cafés and bars. We're about 4 minutes away from S/U Neukölln (Ring and U7), so you're well connected with public transport.
Wir sind eine entspannte aber saubere WG, aber da mein Mitbewohner größtenteils auch weg sein wird, ist die WG/die Wohnung eher deins zu gestalten.
We're a chill but clean WG, but since my flatmate will probably be largely gone during this time, the flat life is basically up to you :)
Wie du auf dem Bild siehst gibt es hier auch eine Katze, die aber woanders unterkommt.
Es wäre natürlich toll, wenn du die Pflanzen gießt.
As you see in the picture, there's also a cat here, but she'll be staying elsewhere.
It would be great if you could water the plants though!
