We rent out a furnished room for a long time. The apartment is located between Hermannplatz and the Maybachufer. The area is very animate and offers many cafes, restaurants, pubs and parks. Especially the river Spree-canal makes the location of the flat very special. The area is well equipped with supermarkets and organic markets. On Maybachufer there is a weekly market on Tuesdays and Fridays, as well as a flea market every two weeks on Sundays.
The area is well served by public transport, so you can quickly reach other parts of the city.
LOCATION
Public Transport: 5 minute walking distance to Underground Station (U8/U7), Schönleinstrasse (U8), Herrmannplatz (U7/U8). Both stations (U8) are on a direct line to Alexanderplatz - Mitte - with quick connections to Checkpoint Charlie, Berlin wall, Museum Island, TV Tower...
Lots of art spaces and local galleries within walking distance.
