Ich vermiete zwei zusammenhängende Zimmer (ca. 16 qm und 20 qm) zwischen dem 15. Dezember bis Anfang Februar an eine Person. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, ist gemütlich, sehr hell und sonnig und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Badewanne und Geschirrspülmaschine ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind möbliert, wie z.B. Bett, Kommode, Stühle, Schreibtisch, diverse Regale und Lampen..., gleichzeitig gibt es noch viel Platz für Eigenes.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Hermannplatz und Schönleinstraße, d.h. Straßenmärkte, Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und der Kanal sind um die Ecke, die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super. Du würdest die Wohnung mit mir teilen, ich bin 41 Jahre alt und arbeite in einer NRO. Abgesehen davon, dass wir uns gut verstehen ist mir Sauberkeit sehr wichtig.
I subrent two rooms which are connected (one is approximately 16 sm, the other one 20 sm) between 15th of December until 1st of February to one person. It is a very sunny and cosy rooftop apartment with all the amenities like for example bathtup and dishwasher. The rooms are furnished (bed, table, chairs, dresser, shelves, lamps...) but there´s plenty of space to bring your own stuff.
The apartment is located close to Hermannplatz, next to Kreuzberg. Street markets, bars, restaurants, subway, supermarkets, parks and the canal are in walking distance or just around the corner. You will share the apartment with me, a 41 years old women who works in a NGO. Cleanness is very important to me.
