we are renting out our bedroom in our super bright and cozy flat. The flat has a big living room Kitchen section and also a second living room/working room section. We can make you space on one of the desk, and you are welcome to use the monitor.
You will be sharing the flat with my brother, who is 24 years old. He speaks English, German and Farsi.
I hope the images give you good idea of the room and the flat itself.
We are renting out the room for a reduced price because we are also looking for someone who would be enjoying giving some extra love to our 2 cats Kira & Mané. My brother is there too and also will be having a look at them, but it's nice to know that there will be some extra love in the house :)
We are located in between Rathaus Neukölln (u7) und Boddinstrasse (u8). You can get to both stations in less than 5 minutes.
The flat itself is in the Hinterhaus, so it's pretty calm and you don't hear the streets at all. We are living under the roof, so stairs should not be a problem fro you :)
You will be living with my Brother Ardeshir and our 2 cats Kira & Mané.
Please only consider writing to us if you are looking forward to live with cats and would be happy to share some love with them :)
Also, please be aware of the possible insane energy prices that are coming our way. We do not charge an extra and hope that you will pay attention to basics like not leaving the heater on and the windows open and stuff like that.
