If you like plants and you're looking for a cozy, quiet, temporary home with a lovely flatmate this might be for you :)
I‘ll be on vacation in january so I'd be happy if someone else wants to use my room.
It is about 12qm small with very minimalistic furniture so you'd still have enough space for yoga practice. It also includes a working space in our very cozy living room (+ piano!). The flat also has a renovated bathroom and balcony.
Our flat is in the lovely Rixdorf Neukölln area and you have everything nearby - penny, denn's, some bars and restaurants and s+u Neukölln (5min).
Your maybe soon to be flatmate is currently writing her masterthesis, so she highly values quiet evenings and a cozy atmosphere but is always up for good conversations :)
Dates are a bit flexible but latest to move out would be 29.01.
Shorter is also possible.
Meeting is only possible at 2nd january.
