Hallo :). Vermietet wird das kleine Zimmer auf dem Bild. Wir haben noch ein Wohnzimmer und eine gemütliche Küche in der man sitzen kann. Diese Räume können von dir natürlich mit benutzt werden. Das Zimmer ist momentan nur für den Dezember zu vermieten. Matratzen, leerer Schrank und gegebenenfalls auch Bettzeug können von dir gerne genutzt werden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Auch gutes Internet ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Weserkiez, diverse gute Restaurants und Bar Möglichkeiten sind an jeder Ecke reichlich vorhanden. Fußläufig ist der Bus in 2 min zu erreichen und die U-Bahn (Hermannplatz) 6 min. entfernt.
Eigentlich sind wir zu zweit: Paul (32) und Larissa (33). Paul ist Künstler und arbeitet an diversen Projekten und ich mache im Moment die Ausbildung zur Hebamme, ich hab einen kleinen Sohn bin aber kaum in der Wohnung weswegen wir das Zimmer für den Dezember vermieten möchten.
Wir suchen KEINE Party People, mögen es gerne aufgeräumt und sauber und freuen uns auf eine*n nette*n Mitbewohner*in für eine gemütliche Zeit im Dezember

*Hi :). The small room in the picture is rented. We also have a living room and a cozy kitchen where you can sit. You can of course also use these rooms. The room is currently only available for December. You are welcome to use mattresses, an empty closet and, if necessary, bedding. Otherwise, the apartment is equipped with the most important things. Good internet is also available.
*The apartment is located in the middle of the Weserkiez, there are plenty of good restaurants and bars on every corner. The bus can be reached on foot in 2 minutes and the subway (Hermannplatz) 6 minutes away.
*Actually there are two of us: Paul (32) and Larissa (33). Paul is an artist and works on various projects and I am currently training to be a midwife, I have a small son but I am not often in the apartment, which is why we would like to rent the room for December. We are NOT looking for party people, we like it tidy and clean and look forward to a nice roommate for a cozy time in December.
