ich verreise im Januar und möchte mein schönes Zimmer in meiner wunderbaren WG für diese Zeit untervermieten (4.1.-31.1.). Es ist 22 qm groß, hat Dielenfußboden und hohe Decken, ein großes Fenster und liegt zum Hinterhof hinaus, d.h. es ist schön ruhig. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Klavier, das gerne bespielt werden darf. Hello everyone,
while I'm travelling in January I want to sublet my beautiful room in this charming WG (available 4.1.-31.1.). It has 22 square metres, a nice wooden floor and a high ceiling (typical Berliner Altbau), big windows and is very quiet because it faces the court yard in the back of the house. In the room is a piano which can be played of course. One of my roomies is travelling at the same time and also sublets her room so if you are two people this could be perfect for you :-)
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Rixdorf mit Dorf-Atmosphäre inmitten des ansonsten belebten Stadtteil Neukölln. S Sonnenalle, S Neukölln und U Karl-Marx-Str sind in 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat is situated in the beautiful Rixdorf with its typical small-village-like houses in the middle of the lively Neukölln. S Sonnenalle, S Neukölln and U Karl-Marx-Str. are within 7-10 mins walking distance.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin ebenfalls verreist, wird hier neben Christian, meinem Mitbewohner noch eine weitere Person zur Untermiete wohnen. Christian ist ein sehr liebenswerter, entspannter Mensch, der gerne und viel liest, Fahhrad fährt und meistens abends bei einem Salat/Gnocchi und und ggf. Wein in der Küche anzutreffen ist. Er würde dich gerne zumindest per Telefonat/Video call oder in Persona kennenlernen, bevor du einziehst.
While two of us are away there will be another person in the room of my roomie (which we don't know yet of course) and my other roomie Christian. Christian is a very easy-going and friendly person, he likes to bike and to read a lot. He creates really good salads and you might sit and share a meal with him sometimes in the evenings. He would like to get to know you via phone/video call or in person before you move in.
