Hey! I'm subletting 2 rooms in Neukölln- Parchimer Allee (U7), next to the subway station and in a first floor with a garden :)
Room 1: from today (12/12) to 10/01/23: 400€ (all included). This room has a small bed but a great window with the nicest view to our garden, a sofa, little table, wardrobe ready to use, study desk and shelves where you can place your stuff too.
Room 2: 19 days starting 18/12: 250€ (all included). The second room has a big bed and access to the balcony to the main street. Also it has a table, a piano and some space for your stay here!
The apartment is really nice, cozy and well equipped; super close the U7 Parchimer Allee abd just 3 stops (5 mins) from S+U Neukölln. The area is extremely calm. clean and surrounded by trees and family houses. Also you are really close (12 mins walking or 5 mins by subway) to the Arcade mall, which has a lot of shops and cafes and also supermarkets.
If you rent room 1, you I'll share apartment with Irene (she/they), really nice and interesting person from Spain, she has lived in Berlin 1.5 years so she can show you nice places and her favorites spots. Also she speaks spanish, english and german :)
We will love to have in our home a nice and friendly person, preferably FLINTA :)

1 min walking from subway station Parchimer Alle (u7) and 5 mins (3 stops) to S+U Neukölln.
Plenty of supermarkets at 10 mins walking, 2 stops from Arcade Mall and 15 misn walking from a beautiful lake and Schloss Britz.
If you rent room 1, you I'll share apartment with Irene (she/they), really nice and interesting person from Spain, she has lived in Berlin 1.5 years so she can show you nice places and her favorites spots. Also she speaks spanish, english and german :)
