We are an international flat of 10 people (age 20-26 right now) looking for a new roommate from January 15 (or sooner) and a second person from February 1. Interviews to take place on the 4 and 5 of January.
We have a big, beautiful flat with a large kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, and 10 rooms. We are right next to U Leinestrasse (U8) and the entrance of Tempelhofer Feld. We are not a purpose or party wg but we all get along very well-- it's friendly warm vibes :) What is important to us is that you are interested in living in a WG and everything that entails. This place is our home so we are looking for someone that wants to invest themselves equally :) Cleaning is super important since there are so many of us-- if this is something that you struggle with, this WG might not be for you!
IF you likecto come home to apple pie and someone mixing some groovy house tunes, this place is for you :) <3
We have 2 rooms available:
16 m^2 for 600 Euro
12m^2 for 580 Euro
Kind, easy going, clean and openminded is what we are looking for.

Also we just bought a brand new washing machine & dryer so there would be a one-time fee of 50 Euros :)
We live right between U8-Leinestr. and S-Hermannstr., which feels like the best possible place since you can go to the FU-University, Alexanderplatz or Warschauerstr. in 25min.
