I'm looking for a relaxed person to sublet my approx 25sqm room.
The room is large and bright, it is furnished with a comfortable bed, storage, mirror and two tables. Perfect for home office thanks to the monitor and office chair. It also has its own private balcony.
As the flat is a renovated altbau it has everything you need from a large shower, lovely kitchen to cook with company and living room with projector to watch movies :)
Located a minute away from three bus lines, 10-minutes walking to the U7 in Rathaus Neukölln and 15 minutes to the S-bahn Treptower Park.
There are three supermarkets around a flat, all the necessary for your day to day is easily reachable. Weserstr. with its bars and restaurants is just a bridge away! The immediate neighbourhood is calm and friendly.
You will share the space with my two lovely female flatmates. The first one works as a graphic designer and the second one in advertising. They are respectively 32 and 28.
We share and appreciate a relaxed flat life. We share conversations and occasionally will sit together for a drink or a bite. No expectations are set, but respecting each other is key.
The house has all necessary amenities including a washing machine and a dishwasher.
