ein Zimmer in meiner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Kreuzkölln ist bis zum 30.09. frei. Da ich selbst erst seit Herbst 2022 in der Wohnung bin (also, neuer Vertrag...), ist sie noch relativ leer, aber man hat alles was man in Küche braucht, Internet, Waschmaschiene etc. Im Zimmer bleibt nur das grüne Sofa (auf dem Foto) stehen, ansonsten ist es unmöbliert. Es gibt auch eine Abstellkammer in der Wohnung (für Klamotten und für kleinen Kramm).
Bitte beachte, Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
Zu mir:
ich bin Oxana (36 J. alt) und ich wohne seit 2011 in Berlin (ich komme ursprünglich aus Russland). Ich habe Psychologie und Lateinamarikanistik studiert (in Berlin, Mexiko-Stadt, Lissabon), außerdem habe ich auch in Spanien gelebt. Ich bin eine sehr aktive und empathische Person. Ich mag Yoga, Tanzen, Kunstevents und Sprachen.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer aktiven, entspannten und selbstständigen Mitbewohnerin.

Hello there,
A room in my two-room flat in Kreuzkölln is available until 30 September. Since I've only been in the flat since autumn 2022 (so, new contract...), it's still relatively empty, but you have everything you need in the kitchen, internet, washing machine, etc. The only thing left in the room is the green sofa (s. photo), otherwise it is unfurnished. There is also a storage room in the flat (for clothes and small stuff).
Please note, registration is not possible.
About me:
I am Oxana (36 yrs old) and I have been living in Berlin since 2011 (I am originally from Russia). I studied Psychology and Latin American Studies (in Berlin, Mexico City, Lisbon), I also lived in Spain. I am a very active and empathetic person. I like yoga, dancing, art events and languages.

sehr zentral gelegen, ruhig, aber 2 Minuten entfernt von Weserstraße und 7 Minuten - vom Hermannplatz, viele Einkausmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

DE: Da ich viel unterwegs bin, ist die Wohnung ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung. Ich koche gerne (hauptsächlich vegetarisch, manchmal Fisch, ich esse kein Fleisch) und ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir mal zusammen was kochen oder was unternehmen können. Das ist aber kein Muss. Hauptsache, dass wir uns gut verstehen, die Wohnung sauber halten und uns in der WG sehr wohl fühlen.

Since I am on the move a lot, the flat is a place of peace and relaxation. I like to cook (mainly vegetarian, sometimes fish, I don't eat meat) and I would be happy if we could cook something together or do something together. But that is not a must. The main thing is that we get along well, keep the flat clean and feel comfortable living together.
