One of the bedrooms (in a two bedroom apartment) is available for short-term sublet from May 1st to June 8th. The room is small but really nice, with a small desk. (It's the bedroom with the bright red chair in the corner- I have shared 3 photos of it).
The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) of an Altbau between U7 Rathaus Neukoelln and U8 Boddinstrasse. It's bright and spacious, with a sit-in kitchen, a large living room with balcony, and there are workspaces in each room.
I am looking for someone responsible, tidy, and a non-smoker.
As indicated in this add, monthly rent is 680 euro and it will be prorated according to the duration of your stay :)
I will likely organize some viewings this weekend (Sunday morning is probably best time for me).

2-minute walk way from U7 Rathaus Neukoelln, and 5 minutes from U8 Boddinst. Close to great restaurants, cafes, bars, many supermarkets, and he canal as well as Templehoferfeld.
I am in my 40s and grew up in Luxembourg, but have family in the States and lived there 15+ years (El Paso, Austin, Santa Fe, New Orleans). I have been in Berlin 7 years and I am currently working on a writing project, and spend most days out of the house, in cafes or libraries. Once a week (not very regularly) some friends of mine might come to co-work for an afternoon.
