Berlin - Kreuzkolln / Treptow border. The area is a very vibrant part of Berlin close tosome lively bars, delicious restaurants and relaxing cafés. 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket.
Looking for clean and tidy young professionals between 25-40 years old. My flatmate is a a 30year old liberal Irish male who works for a climate change NGO. Given that this is a longer sub-let, he would like someone who shares a similar world-view, has a high level of Emotional Intelligence, is reasonable and respectful of boundaries, but also enjoys to have a chat and a laugh. He works from home 3-4 days a week from the living room, but of course he is happy to share the communal space/devise a rota if you also wfh a few days a week. He is out of the flat a fair percentage of the time, so you will get the space to yourself at various times.
I am in London for three months, and that is a trial run for moving back there permanently. So there is possibility the contract can be extended following the end of June.
