There is a kitchen and a bathroom that you share with my flatmate Mfundo.
Perfect location right on Hermannstraße (it's still quite inside because of the thick windows, though) - 2min walking distance to U Leinestraße and 5min to S+U Hermannstraße.
My flatmate Mfundo is an awesome, chilled and super sweet guy. He's originally from South Africa but has been living in Germany for a long time now. You can talk in German or English. He's working a lot and is mostly chilling and needs his space when he comes home, but is always open for a chat in the kitchen, going to the gym or maybe for a walk or a game of pool together.
We keep the flat clean and you should take your part in maintaining a standard in which everyone feels comfortable. :)
It would be great if you could take care of my planties.
