Hey everyone,
we’re having a room for short-term rent in a 3 bedroom apartment in Neukölln. Feel free to send a brief message and we happily invite you to come see the flat or to show you around in a video call. You’d be living with my flatmate who I know for 15 years – super chill and clean guy, working as IT freelancer. He speaks both German and English.
Hard facts:
- 88m2 apartment Altbau, your room is roughly 24m2
- Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom + strong wifi
- Your room comes with huge bed, couch, closet, working station and so forth (all that you can see on the pics besides you get space in the closet ;))
- We do have a terrace, but to be fair the whole Hinterhof is a big mess due to construction work so not really the place to be (which it is probably never in February)
- The apartment is on the ground floor. It can become noisy at times.
- U7 Karl-Marx is a 10 minute walk, M41 Hertzbergplatz right in front of the apartment, S-Bahn Neukölln 7 minute walk
- Many nice bars and awesome fairly cheap restaurants close by
