I'm subletting my room from 12/13th of March till the 30th of April, dates are somewhat flexible. The price is ~300 for March and then 520 for April, and it includes everything. There a small 200 euros deposit.
Another room, for long term stay might free up in the flat later.
The flat is 3 mins walk from Grenzalle ubahn and 10 mins from Neukölln S+U, the room is very big and bright, perfect for long naps or intense working sessions. We have a cosy kitchen where you can hangout with three lovely flatmates or host dinners with friends.
