Hello lovely people,
Our 4-person WG is seeking a new family member.
You will be living with 1 girl and 2 guys... hailing from Germany/Russia/New Zealand/Australia. Languages that you might hear in the flat are German, Russian, Ukrainian, English and Vietnamese.
What we are looking for:
- you will need to identify as female/non-binary as we have too much macho already ;)
- in saying that, you will need to appreciate humour such as Ricky Gervais, Chris Rock, Key & Peele, Aubrey Plaza. Either you get the vibe or you don't hihi
- aged between 27-32 (or damn close to it as that's the energy we have)
- you are not a 'light sleeper' as we are a very social WG *wink wink*
- is interested in a lite-version of community living (helping and sharing is caring etc)
- someone who, like us, has an 'open-door' policy... the doors to our rooms are open unless we need privacy/sleep. We leave our doors open when we are not at home.
- wants to live in a tidy flat and would not think twice about helping us keep it that way (sometimes cleaning up after each other etc.)
- non-smoker BUT is not at all sensitive to indoors smoking
- environmentally/budget conscious about gas/electricity use. For example we use less than the national average and have managed to keep our heating/electricity bill under a good level of control compared to other WGs.
The room itself is 16 sqm and will be *partly* furnished:
- There will be a bed but no mattress.
- There will be a small 'garderobe' hanging rack for your clothes
- A mirror
- We have some table legs but no table top
- The window faces the street side
- the flat is on the FOURTH floor
Optional but *highly recommended* package of furniture for €150 total:
- a high quality mattress 140x200 (new price €300)
- a chest of 5 drawers 110x70x40 (new price €80)
- extra clothes hanger/garderobe (new price €50)
- imagine, you don't have to carry anything up 4 flights of stairs and then spend hours assembling it!
In your application of interest, pleaseeee tell us:
- some interests, hobbies, short life story, languages you speak or are learning etc!
- why you think you would enjoy living on a loud/busy street in Neukölln!
