Silent bedroom in cozy flat in Neukolln. View to the backyard. The flat has a living room for common use and a small balcony. Bathroom with bathtube and window. Well equipped kitchen.
Close to U Schonleinstrasse and U Hermannplatz (10 min walking). The flat is located at Nansenstrasse, almost in the corner with Maybachufer. There’s a supermarket Edeka and Lidl very near. Many good restaurants, cafes and bars around. The area is very good for a walk.
You gonna share the flat with a german guy 40 years old, very gentle and silent. He works homeoffice from his bedroom. I will be travelling two months and I’m looking for a quiet person to stay in my bedroom. LGBTQIA+ people are welcome. We like the apartment organized and clean, no street shoes are allowed inside the flat. We like parties but not inside the apartment.
My flatmate has two cats, but they dont enter in the bedroom where you gonna stay. And my flatmate will take care of them, you dont need to worry about it. :-)
