Hi all, a super comfortable and international Wg is available from 1 April 2024 in Niederschöneweide.
Room- The room is of decent size and has all the stuff you need to start a comfortable living in Berlin. The room has a bed, study table+chair, open wardrobe and ample natural light from a bedside window (with blinds).
The house has all facilities like heating, washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen equipment.
Very conveniently located in front of the Rewe and DM, your daily needs are taken care of. The closest bus stop is just a 1 min Walk and the bus line 165 has really good direct connectivity to all fun parts of the city. The closest S-Bahn stop in Schöneweide and Johannisthal, both can be reached in 20 mins by walk & 5 mins by bus/bike. You also have access to the river spree in just 2 mins and could have some nice picnic areas for the summer. Koepnick is also in very near vicinity.
The WG has 1 Toilet (bathroom +WC) and a common kitchen + balcony. There is also a common area for you to dry your clothes and also a basement storage to keep your luggage if needed. All people have their own room and everyone is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the common areas.
You will share the WG with 3 easy going boys : Adrien a philosophy enthusiats, creative bartender and crepier from France, Johan a film making student from Denmark and Nico a museums enthusiats and student of American studies from Buryatia. All of them are very freindly and like to do stuff together in the free times. There is a good balance of personal space and a collective WG vibe :)
