Ich ziehe Anfang Mai aus meinem Zimmer in einer Wg mit drei anderen Mitbewohnern aus und suche daher eine/n Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock und liegt direkt am S-Bahnhof Schöneweide. Das Zimmer hat ungefähr 12 qm2, ist sehr hell und hat Parkettboden. Es ist mit einem Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Wandregal und Lampe ausgestattet. Hierfür hätte ich gerne 700€ Abschlag (verhandelbar).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Niederschöneweide und es sind nur 3 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn, Tram und Bus.
Du würdest mit 2 Mitbewohnern und 1 Mitbewohnerin leben. Die sind alle sehr entspannt drauf, allerdings handelt es sich eher um eine Zweck-Wg, das könnte man aber auch ändern. Sauberkeit ist auch ziemlich wichtig in der Wg.
