Heyo,
Ich vermiete für ca. 5 Monate mein helles Altbauzimmer unter. (01.04.2023 - 15.09.2023). Das Zimmer ist möbliert und Kommoden, Kleiderstange, Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regale etc. Stehen dir zu Verfügung und werden größtenteils freigeräumt. Meine Pflanzen würde ich dir auch gerne dalassen, falls das für dich in Ordnung ist und du dich gerne um sie kümmerst.
Die Wohnung ist mit insgesamt 105qm recht geräumig und wir haben ein gemeinsames großes Wohnzimmer mit Wohnküche in dem du dich gerne nach Lust und Laune aufhalten kannst. Dadurch ist es auch möglich, ab und an ein paar Freunde einzuladen. Toll ist auch, dass wir sowohl eine Waschmaschine, als auch eine Spülmaschine haben :D Das Bad ist zudem auch nicht ganz klein und durch das große Fenster schön hell.

Heyo,
I am renting out my bright room for ca. 5 months. (01.04.2023 - 15.09.2023). The room is fully furnished and wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and co. are at your disposal & will be mostly vacated. I would also like to leave you my plants, if that is okay with that and if you would be happy to take care of them.
The flat is quite spacious with a total of 105m² & we have a large shared living room with a combined kitchen where you can spend time whenever you feel like it. This also makes it possible to invite a few friends over from time to time. It is also great that we have both a washing machine and a dishwasher :D The bathroom is also big & the large window makes it nice and bright.

Die Wohnung liegt 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt vom Spreeufer in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die 165 (Bus), welche direkt Richtung Stadtmitte fährt, liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die S Bahn ist fußläufig in 10 min zu erreichen. Lidl, Rewe sowie das Schöneweide Center sind auch nicht allzu weit entfernt. Auch ist die HTW zu Fuß nur 15 min entfernt.

The flat is located a 2-minute walk from the banks of the Spree in a quiet side street. The 165 (bus), which goes directly to the city centre, is right outside the front door. The S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk away. Lidl, Rewe and the Schöneweide Center are also not too far from here. The HTW is also only 15 minutes away by foot.
Zusammen wohnst du mit unserem Freund Marki (28) und einem weiteren Zwischenmieter Moritz (26). Marki studiert Gamedesign an der HTW, arbeitet aktuell aber halbtags. Marki werkelt gern an seinen Spielen & geht auch gern mal feiern. Moritz ist beruflich ITler und leidenschaftlicher Pizzabäcker und macht in seiner Freizeit gerne Sport (Eisskaten, Fittness und Volleyball). Würde uns sehr freuen falls Ihr euch gut versteht.

You will live with our friend Marki (28) and one other temporary subtenant Moritz (26). Marki studies game design at the HTW but currently works part-time. He likes to work on his games and enjoys going out partying. Moritz is a professional IT guy and a passionate pizza cook. In his free time he likes to do sports like ice skating, fitness and volleyball. We would be very happy if you get along well.
Wir würden gern einmal über Zoom oder je nachdem auch persönlich mit dir sprechen, um alles abzuklären & dich ein wenig kennenzulernen. Schreib mir einfach und wir können einen Termin dafür abmachen!
