14.5qm Zimmer (plus 200x180cm Hochbett) mit eigenem Waschbecken, zwei Fenster öffnen sich zu einem ruhigen Hinterhof.
Diese große möblierte Wohnung befindet sich im 2. und 3. OG (mit Treppe in der Wohnung). Auf der unteren Etage gibt es ein großer Wohnraum inkl. Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche, und ein kleines Gästezimmer/Arbeitszimmer (6.25qm) mit Hochbett und Schreibtisch sowie ein Balkon was von der Küche abgeht. Auf der oberen Etagen sind die beiden größeren Schlafzimmer, sowie das zweite Bad mit Toilette, Waschbecken, und Waschmaschine. Die Dachterrasse kann auch gerne mitbenutzt werden (es wird von den anderen im Haus kaum bis gar nicht genutzt).

This large furnished apartment is on the second and third floor (with stairs inside the apartment). On the lower floor there is a large living space incl. kitchen, the full bathroom, a small guestroom/work room with a top bunk and desk, and a balcony that can be accessed from the kitchen. Upstairs there are the two larger bedrooms, as well as the second bathroom with toilet, sinks, and washing machine. There is also a roof terrace that can be used (the others who live on the floors below almost never use it).

The tram station Kuckhoffstraße M1 line is a 2 minute walk. With the M1, it takes 15 minutes to get to S + U station Pankow, with bike it takes 10 mins.
The apartment is next to Brosepark and a 5 min walk from Schlosspark Pankow.
Rewe, Penny, Denn's Biomarkt, and Rossmann are also a 5 minute walk.
A short bus ride will get you to Botanischer Volkspark, where you can feed the deer and pick fruits and flowers.
Die zwei anderen Mitbewohner*innen sind Mahmoud und ich (Rabea).
Mahmoud ist 32 und arbeitet als freiberuflicher Copywriter hauptsächlich im Home Office. Er kommt aus Palästina und ist seit 8 Jahren in Deutschland.
Ich bin 28 und habe in Lübeck Medizin studiert. Ich bin in den USA aufgewachsen und bin für mein Studium zurück nach Deutschland gekommen vor 9 Jahren. Ich arbeite aktuell bei einer med tech Firma als ärztliche Redakteurin und gehe meistens ins Büro.
Wir sind ein ruhiges und unkompliziertes Paar und haben schon gute WG Erfahrungen jeweils einzeln und zusammen gemacht. Nach mehrere Jahre in Lübeck genießen wir es sehr in Berlin. Wir sind seit September 2022 hier und haben bisher Zwischenmiete-hopping gemacht und freuen uns jetzt auf diese schöne große Wohnung und die Person/Personen die mit uns einziehen möchte/n.
The other two roommates are Mahmoud and me (Rabea). Mahmoud is 32 and works as a freelance copy writer, usually from home. He is from Palestine, spent some time in Egypt and has now been in Germany for 8 years. I am 28 years old and studied medicine in Lübeck. I grew up in the USA and moved back to Germany 9 years ago for university. I'm currently working for a med tech company as a medical editor.
We are a relaxed and uncomplicated couple and have each had good WG experiences, separately and together. After several years in Lübeck, we are really enjoying the city. We have been in Berlin since September 2022 and have moved from sublet to sublet and are looking forward to live in this big apartment and for the person who wants to share a WG with us.
