My lovely Big and bright wg room is available for rent from the 01.02.
The room is about 24m2, located on the 0 level, 4 big windows which are leading to a nice porch where you can hang out during the warm summer days. There are table and chairs outside.
It has all necessary furniture: bed with a mattress, table, 2 small vintage side tables, closet and a chair (Some of the furniture on the photo is mine tho :)). The house is well equipped, there are kitchen and bathroom with all needed utilities.
the neighborhood itself is a very quite, green and a lovely area. There are different shops nearby, cinema, cafes, kebab places :) also, the 2 most beautiful parks of Berlin Schlosspark and Bürgerpark Pankow are in a walking distance.
In a 5 min walk from the house you can reach the tram station where tram M1 takes you directly to Mitte thru the center of Pankow and Prenzlauerberg.
It is a very international WG, mostly for students, but only women are allowed to live here. The environment is very friendly, it’s a hate and intolerance free zone. LGBTQ friendly. Everyone here is very nice and respectful to each other.
The rent is now 550€ including all utility costs, plus deposit wich is also 550€. Anmeldung is available.
