Ich vermiete vom mein Zimmer im nördlichen Prenzlauer Berg/Weißensee (direkt bei der Kunsthochschule Weißensee). Das Zimmer hat 18m2 und kostet all in 305,00 Euro (die letzte Woche berechne ich reduziert, siehe unten). Es wird mit einer Matratze und auf Wunsch auch mit allem weiteren Bettbedarf ausgestattet sein. Es ist sehr hell durch zwei große Fenster und ein kleines. Neben einer gemeinsamen Küche und einem großen Bad ist das Highlight, dass uns das Haus als 4er WG alleine gehört und es in einem wunderschönen Innenhof steht, der zur gemeinsamen Nutzung einlädt.
I rent from my room in the northern Prenzlauer Berg/Weißensee (right next to the Weißensee School of Art). The room has 18m2 and costs all in 305,00 Euro (the last week I charge reduced, see below). It will be equipped with a mattress and on request with all other bedding needs. It is very bright through two large windows and a small one. In addition to a shared kitchen and a large bathroom, the highlight is that we own the house alone as a WG of 4 and it is located in a beautiful courtyard, which invites you to share.
Die WG liegt unmittelbar an den PBerg angrenzend, erste oder zweite Straße Weißensee. (2 Min zu Fuß von der Kunsthochschule). Mit dem Rad bist du in guten 15 Minuten am Alex. Ebenso mit der M2, die gleich um die Ecke liegt. Ansonsten fahren von der Prenzlauer Allee/Ostseestraße noch die 12/50/M1/M13 in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Busse gibt es auch genug! Nächste S-Bahn ist Prenzlauer Allee. Die Straße selbst ist ruhig, ein ziemlich nicer Burger-Laden ist gleich um die Ecke. Genauso wie Supermärkte und Co aller Art
The WG is located immediately adjacent to the PBerg, first or second street Weißensee. (2 min walk from the art school). By bike you are in a good 15 minutes at the Alex. Likewise with the M2, which is just around the corner. Otherwise, the 12/50/M1/M13 go from Prenzlauer Allee/Ostseestraße in all directions. There are also plenty of buses! The nearest S-Bahn is Prenzlauer Allee. The street itself is quiet, a pretty nice burger joint is just around the corner. Just like supermarkets and co of all kinds.
Du wirst mit Johannes, Franz und Mercedes zusammen leben.
Da wir alle Ende Mai die Wohnung verlassen wird die Küche in der letzten Woche womöglich nicht mehr ganz ausgestattet sein (daher verlange ich auch keine Miete für die letzte Woche). Die anderen 3 werden im Mai Stück für Stück ein paar Sachen in ihre neue Wohnung bringen. Sie sind alle super lieb und ich habe sehr gerne mit ihnen zusammen gewohnt!
Alle drei sind im Architektur-Kontext angesiedelt :-)
You will live together with Johannes, Franz and Mercedes.
Since we are all leaving the apartment at the end of May, the kitchen may not be fully equipped in the last week (that's why I don't charge rent for the last week). The other 3 will be moving some stuff into their new apartment piece by piece in May. They are all super sweet and I have loved living with them!
All three work/come from the architecture context :-)
