A short-term (or maybe long) rental contract available in Oberschöneweide with Anmeldung possible beginning April 15th, 2020. Rent is 420€ (water, electricity, heat included) per month plus 20€ for Wifi.
A large furnished room in an already furnished WG, the room includes a king-sized bed, a large wardrobe, several dressers, a desk with a chair, a heating register and a TV. The rest of the flat features an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living space with a couch and dining table, 1.5 bathrooms with a washer/dryer and a bathtub as well as a nice courtyard outside.
It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with several families in the area, near many parks, cafes and restaurants/bars. There are also several grocery stores right around the corner, including ALDI, REWE, and DM. It is also only a three-minute walk to the tram station (Rummelsburgerstraße / Edisonstraße) which has a direct connection to HTW as well as two S-Bahn stations, Schöneweide (S9, S8, S46, S45) and Karlshorst (S3).
I live with one other very wonderful flatmate, who studies design at university. She speaks Spanish, English and a little German. We get along really well and do our part to keep things clean around the house and to help out whenever needed, so we are looking for someone who is willing to do the same.
