Zwei verbundene Zimmer werden in unserer gemütlichen WG frei. Ein Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, deswegen suchen wir zwei Leute, die sich gut kennen und zusammen einziehen wollen. Die Miete pro Zimmer ist 489 € warm (also 978 € insgesamt).
Wichtig: Wir brauchen zwei Leute, die in den Mietvertrag einsteigen können. Das heißt Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, Gehaltsnachweise von den letzten drei Monaten (Gehalt von c.600 euro/Monat) oder eine Mietbürgschaft. Bitte schreibt in die Nachricht, ob es okay ist für euch in den Hauptmietvertrag einzusteigen.
Das erste Zimmer ist c.35qm, hat hohe Decken, schöne große Fenster und auch ein Kamin. Dieses ist das Durchgangszimmer. Das kleine Zimmer ist c.12qm und hat auch schöne große Fenster. Wir suchen zwei Leute (ein paar oder auch zwei Freunde), die sich vorstellen können, diese beide Zimmer zu teilen. Beide Zimmer gehen zur Wollankstraße raus, man kann also den Verkehr hören (aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es nicht allzu laut).
Kaution ist jeweils 800 euro.

Two connected rooms are free in our cozy shared apartment, one of these is a walk-through room. We are therefore looking for two people who know each other well and would like to move in together. Rent is 489€ per room (so 978€ for both rooms).
Important: We need two people who can be on our the rental contract. That means you will both need Schufa (solicitar ahora) , mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, and payslips from the last 3 months (income of c.600/month) or a Mietbürgschaft/Guarantor. Please write in your message that this is something that you will be able to do.
One room is around 35 sqm, has high ceilings, big beautiful windows and a fireplace. The second room which is only accessible through the big room is around 12sqm and also has big beautiful windows. We're looking for two people (a couple or two friends) to share these two rooms. Both rooms face Wollankstraße, a somewhat busy street, and you can hear the traffic noise in the rooms (but with the windows closed it's not too bad).
Deposit is 800 euros each.

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Tram (M1) und S Wollankstraße (S1, S25, S26) 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, S Pankow (S2, S8) 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) im schönen Florakiez. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (REWE, dM, Kaufland und verschiedene Kiezläden). In 5-10 Minuten sind der schöne Bürgerpark Pankow und der Schlosspark zu erreichen. Der ruhiger Pankeweg ist auch in der Nähe und ist perfekt für Spaziergänge und für kurze Radtouren.

Pretty good transit connections. There's a bus stop right in front of our door, the M1 tram is close by, to S Wollankstr. (S1, S25, S26) it's about a 5 minute walk and to S+U Pankow it's about a 10 minute walk. There are a bunch of stores nearby (REWE, dM, Kaufland, Netto and various neighbourhood stores. Bürgerpark Pankow and the Schlosspark are also just around the corner from the WG. The Pankeweg is also close which is really nice for bike rides.
Ihr würdet mit drei lieben Leuten wohnen:
Lorenzo (33) ist italienischer Komponist und Musiker. Derzeit ist er nicht so oft in der WG, da er oft bei seiner Freundin ist.
Vanessa (35) kommt aus Kanada, ist eine Musikerin, Künstlerin und Freelancer. Nach 10 Jahren von vielen reisen hat sie sich hier in Berlin niedergelassen. Sie geht gerne auf Konzerte, zu Fotoausstellungen oder Brunch mit Freunden.
Hannah (30) versucht ihre Masterarbeit (Thema koloniale Denkmäler) endlich fertig zu schreiben. Sie jobbt noch nebenbei in einem Büro und in einem Museum. Sie ist eine ruhige Vegetarierin, die sehr gerne kocht, strickt und Filme guckt.
Wir sprechen in der WG Englisch, da es unsere gemeinsame Sprache ist.
Wir haben eine große Wohnküche und einen schönen Balkon, wodurch sich das gemeinsame Essen oder Tee/Wein trinken gut gestaltet lässt, aber momentan ist das WG leben ziemlich ruhig / jede*r macht eher so ihr/sein eigenes Ding. Wir wurden uns trotzdem auf Mitbewohner freuen, die auch mal Lust hätten gemeinsam zu kochen/essen / etwas Zeit miteinander verbringen.
Ein Putzplan für Küche, Bad etc. haben wir manchmal - wir würden das mit euch dann nochmal besprechen und gucken was für uns alle passt.

You would be living with three lovely roommates:
Lorenzo (33) is an italian composer and musician. At the moment he isn't in the WG very often, as he is spending most of his time at his Girlfriend's.
Vanessa (35) is a Canadian musician, artist & freelancer. After doing a lot of travelling in the past 10 years she`s planted herself here in Berlin where she likes to go see live music, photo exhibitions. Always up for a night out and brunch with friends.
Hannah (30) is trying to finally finish writing her Masters thesis (topic: colonial monuments). She also works on the side at an office and at a museum. She is a quiet Vegetarian who loves to cook, knit and watch movies.
At home we speak in English as it is our shared language.
We have a big Kitchen-living room and a nice balcony, which make it easy to eat or drink tee or wine together, although, at the moment the WG is more quiet and everyone is kinda doing their own thing. Nonetheless, we would love to have flatmates that would sometimes want to cook/eat/ spend a bit of time together.
We sometimes have a cleaning plan for communal spaces but we would discuss this with you and figure out what works for all of us.
We are looking for two kind human roommates to join us in our home.
