The room: It is flooded with light through the large windows, with high ceilings and stucco. The room is fully furnished (desk, chair, dresser, wardrobe, hanging rack).
The rest: The apartment is very roomy yet cozy, especially the kitchen, equipped with spices and gadgets to your hearts desire. There are 2 bathrooms, both modern and sleek. We share a spacious living room, which makes for great dining on good food as well as movie nights.
It is a truly beautiful apartment, a taste of luxury in the new up-and-coming district of Pankow. We look forward to meeting you! We would be delighted to meet online as well, if you won't be able to make it to Berlin personally.
The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the station "Wollankstraße" (S1, S25) which takes you directly to the city centre in under 15 minutes. The bus (M27, 250, 255) is less than one minute away, which within a couple minutes gets you to even more trams and trains (U8, U2, Ringbahn, etc.), or other interesting streets.
We are located along the historical East/West barrier where the Wall used to be. You can easily walk south into beloved Prenzlauer Berg, west into hip Wedding, east into Old Pankow or north into the parks fields and nature. Perfect for outdoor types with interest in cultural events because there are so many amazing cafes and parks and supermarkets very nearby. You are 10 minutes away from a big shopping center with every odd thing you could possibly need. Also, you are only a 10 minute bike ride from the fantastic Mauerpark, a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon!
A supermarket is literally right across the street, so groceries will never weigh you down for too long, as well as a bakery on the ground floor, with freshly baked bread everyday.
All in all, a very great location
Our WG is more on the quiet side, but nevertheless loving, creative and welcoming! We all work full time, a mix of home-office and at-office. From time to time we invite friends over for a larger meal with lots of laughs.
We like a clean, cozy apartment with open and direct communication.
Since it is a very short-term sublet, we cannot permit you to sign up at the Meldeamt.
