Hello!
I'm renting a spacious room in a 3-room apartment from the beginning of August 2023 (contract of 12 or 24 months).
NOTE: The room is also available for SUBLET for the month of August - and if you like the place and would like to officially continue for long-term with rental contract, (provided both landlord and tenant agrees), then it is also possible.
The apartment is fully furnished and you can find everything for basic necessities.
The bus stop is only about 100 meters (Idastr) and connects to 3 S-Bahn stations ~10 mins ride (Blankenburg, Pankow, and Schonholz) and 1 U-Bahn station (Osloer Str) ~20 mins ride.
There is a Netto right next door, a petrol station about 300 meters, and Edeka 350 meters. The street is quiet and a residential area. You can also find an internist within 400 meters, and other necessary shops within 800 meters on either side of the road.
I'm originally from India, however, I am leaving Berlin as I have a new job offer from a different city.
My flatmates are one engineering guy from Romania and another Chinese male student.
Gender doesn't matter. Pets are not allowed.
Rent: 656 EUR (incl bills and internet) ;
Kaution: Returnable deposit of 1100 EUR

I would also like to sell an Ergonomic office chair which is only few months old for 90 EUR, and an 8 storage drawer from IKEA for 60 EUR = Together for 150 EUR)
Looking for a full-time employee with at-least one year contract and stable income.
