The room is 23 m², furnished with desk, chair, bed with drawers, nightstand, mirror, cupboard, hangers, bedding optional. It is a quiet room, with a beautiful outlook on the garden. Included is shared use of bathroom, kitchen ( incl. fridge and all kitchen supplies), washing machine, occasional use of balcony and living room. Smoking is allowed. You can register and get a normal contract, name on the door and key to the mailbox. Its a quiet street, beautiful refurnished old Berlin "Altbau"house with 4 floors, nice and slightly crazy neighbours, garden with a lot of birds (as the landlord lives here and they love birds). You can bring your pets, only I am allergic to cats.
Apartment is located in South Pankow, close to Wedding, Weißensee and Prenzlauer Berg.
Closest ist U Bhf Vinetastr ( U2, M1, M50), 1 stop from Ring Bahn Station Schönhauser Allee and S Pankow.
There is Penny next door, Lidl, Aldi, Netto close by. Cafe, Italian and Mexican Restaurant in our street, Gas Station and Späti´s, Post Office and 2 Shopping Centers (Schönhauser Allee Arcaden, Rathaus Center Pankow), market, Weißensee lake, several parks close.
Before i introduce myself, here are my requirements. I´m looking for someone who:

- doesn´t hang in their room all the time
- is male or has male energy
- doesn´t want to stay forever
- takes the party outside
- is not racist, sexist, egoistic or anything like that

I´m Sahra, Psychologist, DJ, Artist and Black. I´m born in Berlin and lived in Amsterdam for 7 years.
Right now I am an aspiring Psychotherapist and can´t afford the rent on my own, so I am looking for a new roommate as my old roomie leaves.
I´ve lived in this apartment for a long time and we are a great house community. You don´t have to get involved , but it´s not anonymous over here. I would consider myself as open and tolerant, if you pay your rent on time, that´s basically all I need. If you are kind, tolerant and have your own life, we´ll get along just fine. As I am not a girly girl myself, I prefer men, black, LBGT+. If you´re into blank walls and puristic style, this is not your house. Also not a big fan of Hipsters.
