Ich Vermiete mein Zimmer für 2 Monate, da ich auf reisen bin. Das zimmer hat ein 1,60 m großes Bett. Ich räume die schubladen und die Kleiderstange frei, sodass du genug platz für deine Klamotten hast. Ich habe einige pflanzen mir wäre es wichtig das die überleben also entweder wär es cool wenn du die gießen könntest 🤪 oder ich würde meine Mitbewohnerin darum Bitten. Ich hab auch eine Nähmaschine die kannst du auch gerne benutzen solange du sie nicht kaputt machst :) Mein zimmer hat direkten zugang zu einem privaten Balkon.

I will rent my apartment for two months because im gonna travel. The room has a 1,60 m bed. I will put all my clothes away frim the clothing rail and the drawer so you will have enough room for your clothes. I have plants and it’s important to me that they will suvive so i hope you can take care of them :) if not no problem then i will ask my roomate to do it ! I also have a sewing machine that you can use but only if you dont breake it. The room has a private balcony that you can use. :)
Die Wohnung ist mit dem Bus 10-15 Minuten von S Pankow und S scgönholz entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür fahren 3 Busse( 150,250,107) und eine Tram (M1).
Auch direkt vor der Haustür gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten : Rewe, Penny, Netto, Rossmann, Denns Biomarkt und eine Apotheke. Die sind wirklich direkt gegenüber von der Wohnung. Auch gibt es ein Kino was direkt neben der Wohnung ist, sowie ein Friseur und ein Nagelstudio. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es auch einige Restaurants unter anderem ein Döner laden und zwei Asiaten sowie ein Späti. Und nich ganz viele andere Restaurants.

The glat is 10-15 minutes from S Pankow and S Schönholz. Right bevore the door there are 3 bus ( 150, 250, 107) and a Tram (M1)
Also on the other street side of the flat there are a lot of Suptermarktes: Rewe, Penny, Netto,Rossman, Denns Biomatks and a Pharmacy. Its really close like a 3 min walk. Also there is a cinema right next to the apartment and a nail salan and a hairdresser. Also there are Restaurant on the other side if the street: a döner and two asian restaurants and a lot more and ther is a späti.
Du würdest mit einer Mitbewohnerin zusammenleben. Sie ist 21 Jahre alt und fängt an im Oktober zu studieren. Sie heißt Lisa und ist wirklich ein sehr netter offener Mensch der gerne viel unternimmt. Ihr und auch mir ist es wichtig das die wohnung Sauber bleib desswegen wärs cool wenn du einmal in der woche das bad oder die küche sauber machst aber das kannst du dann ahch mit Lisa klären

You will live with a rommate. She is 21 years old . Her name is Lisa and she is a really friendly, funny and open person. For us both its important that the apartment stays clean.
